Responsibilities of the Administrator Assist fee earners with due diligence enquiries. Perform client and new matters opening processes. Conduct anti-money laundering checks. Review documentation to ensure compliance. Run background checks. Maintain accurate records. Requirements for a successful Administrator Previous Administration experience is essential. Experience running background and ID checks. Experience within the legal sector. AML and/or conflict compliance knowledge would be advantageous. Good understanding of the onboarding process. Well organised with excellent time management. Strong IT skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail.
