£40,000-£45,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Hybrid

In this role you will play a vital part in supporting our bespoke and architectural stonework projects. You will work closely with sales, design, and production teams to assess client requirements, interpret architectural drawings, and produce accurate quotations that reflect value and quality.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, project coordination, technical sales, or quantity surveying and is seeking a collaborative, design-led environment.
Role and Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on architectural drawings, specifications, and client briefs.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project details and ensure accurate costings.
* Attend site visits or client meetings where required to support project scoping.
Who we're looking for / Qualifications
* Experience in construction, project coordination, technical sales, or quantity surveying (or related field).
* Worked for a construction/building merchant based company.
* Looking for an Estimator role.
* Driving licence.
