The main duties include:

* Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.

* Manage credit control and maintain up-to-date records of debtors.
\t
* Conduct monthly reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
\t
* Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
\t
* Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
\t
* Good Excel skills
\t
* Experience of working in a busy finance team
