This role involves coordinating assessments of patient needs related to NHS Funding in accordance with national guidelines, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring quality care in the independent sector.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, management experience, and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable. This position is a 9-month secondment based in Caernarfon.
