Job summary
This opportunity is for a full time band 4 Assistant Psychologist with an interest in research and project planning to join an project group working in partnership between TEWV NHS FT and the University of Northumbria.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, dynamic, multi-agency team trailblazing a new project ( that will help to reform the development and planning of the Childrens' mental health workforce. We would welcome applicants to get in touch regarding the role and the project prior to application.
There will be one day a week clinical work within the CAMHS team in South Durham, based at the Acley Centre under the supervision of qualified psychologists based within the team.

Main duties of the job
To work with the project team to support the development and evaluation of an workforce planning tool.
Liaison and consultation with clinical and management staff within the trust.
Organising and planning skills to ensure smooth running of the project.

5. Numeracy, Literacy and ITQ level 2 (or equivalent)

6. Post graduate training in relevant areas of professional psychology, mental health practice and/or research design and analysis.
