Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wedding Venue Stylist Coordinator & Sales Assistant. This is a varied and hands-on role for someone with a passion for weddings, events, and creativity. You'll assist in styling venues, handle admin tasks, support client communications, manage sales opportunities, and contribute to our marketing and social media presence.
The probation period is 4 months.
Key Responsibilities
Venue Styling & Events
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of weddings and events
* Style venues using floral arches, centrepieces, and décor (full training provided)
* Attend and host wedding showcases, promoting our services to couples and venue partners
* Maintain and care for stock including florals, props, and equipment
* The ability to work on your own at venues
* The ability to lay dance floors and handle heavy decor after training
Client Communications & Admin
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
* Support with taking bookings, creating quotes, and managing client files
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey
Sales & Marketing
* Represent the business at wedding fairs and networking events
* Support marketing campaigns and promotions
* Experience in social media and using platforms such as canva and capcut
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential) and be confident enough to drive the company vans
* Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
* Passionate about weddings, styling, and creative design
* Self-motivated, organised, and willing to learn
* Good computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, basic Canva or content creation tools)
* Able to work weekends and evenings as required during peak wedding season
Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous experience in weddings/events/hospitality
* Basic photography, video editing, or content creation skills
* Knowledge of the wedding industry or event sales experience

Recruitment Process
Successful applicants will be invited to attend a practical assessment day at a chosen location.
This will include:
* A hands-on styling task
* A short written task to assess organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving
* A one-to-one interview with the business owner
This assessment day allows us to see your creativity, work ethic and ability to work under pressure in a real event setting.
Please note: this is an unpaid assessment session and does not involve working on live client events.
