Responsibilities
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for...
1. Inputting all invoices for approval
2. Preparing bank reconciliations and process company credit cards
3. Assisiting with payment runs and ad hoc payments online
4. Maintenance of the company's accounts inboxes
5. Communication with external suppliers and internal business contacts
6. Bookkeeping tasks and other adhoc duties as needed by the business
Requirements
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will need...
7. Previous experience in a finance role is essential
8. Experience using Excel and accounting softwares (Xero/Sage)
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
