Job Description:
The Role
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of registered therapy staff to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. You will undertake baseline assessments within defined parameters for the service. Implement, adapt, and progress treatment programs within protocols and parameters. Utilize specialist skills to deliver flexible, patient-centered programs across clinical settings, including discharge or transition care.
Duties may vary depending on the care group/department or assigned area of work.

What you'll need to bring
* HNC in healthcare, education, or social care, or SVQ III, or equivalent experience.
* Relevant specialist courses.
* Full UK/EU/EEA driving license.
* Awareness of health legislation.
* Knowledge of therapeutic processes and assessment skills.
* Technical rehabilitation skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Time management and organizational skills.
* Basic IT skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Willingness to learn and maintain records of learning.
Please note: A full UK/EU/EEA license is required for driving.
Contract type
Permanent, Part-Time (25.65 hours, pro-rata salary)
Location and Working Pattern
Based in the Integrated Rehabilitation Team in Motherwell/Wishaw. Working hours to be confirmed.
