Many of the children here haven’t always had the easiest start to their education. What you’ll be doing: Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with SEMH needs Helping pupils manage emotions, build resilience, and develop positive behaviour patterns Supporting routines that create a safe, predictable space for learning Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create personalised support What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children with SEMH, trauma, or behavioural needs Someone who sets clear boundaries but leads with warmth and understanding A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to adapt as things change Thrive or Team Teach training is a bonus—but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll support you to access it, along with specialist CPD tailored for settings like this one Why join Protocol Education?
