About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available in our International Sales team based in Aberlour to cover a maternity leave for a period of 9-12 months. We are recruiting for an International Sales Support Coordinator at an exciting time of organisational change, placing our people, culture, and values at the heart of our daily operations and long‑term ambitions.
You will use your knowledge and initiative to contribute to this evolving team, whilst putting your problem‑solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills to the test. We are looking for you to have an interest in sales and an understanding of production and operations would also be an advantage.
This pivotal member of the Sales Support Team primarily provides administrative and sales support to the International Sales Managers. This is a customer‑focused role within the International Sales and Shipping Department where tasks will vary from day to day.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with our customer base of international distributors and retailers.
* Keep all customer files and information up to date.
* First point of contact on behalf of International Sales Managers when they are travelling.
* Liaise with various internal departments to gather technical, production and dispatch information and labelling advice when required.
* Co‑ordinate meetings and appointments for International Sales Managers for online and in‑market meetings.
* Attend customer meetings, compile customer meeting notes and market visit reports.
* Prepare various customer sales and packaging reports.
* Complete customer documentation requests manually or online.
* Compile and orchestrate customer mail and communication.
* Update price lists as required.
* Ensure customers receive sample requests on time.
* Analysis of sales figures to support the International Sales Managers.
* Provide the best level of service to our customers.
* Liaise with Marketing to ensure presentations and assets are ready on time to send to customers.
Requirements
Must have an interest in sales and an understanding of production and operations would be an advantage.
This role requires the successful candidate to be in the office, based in Aberlour, 4 days out of 5 and is 38 hours per week.
