The Business Development Manager will develop and grow relationships with national and regional house builders, developers, and new‑build contractors.

Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for windows, doors, and associated fenestration products.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to tender, negotiation, and contract award.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
