Project: Havant Thicket Reservoir Project - Pipeline Element
Location: Bedhampton, Hampshire (Full-time, site-based)
Role Overview: Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager looking for a new role in Hampshire? This role will support the Project Manager by overseeing the non-construction aspects of the project, ensuring smooth management of consents, stakeholder relationships, and client communications.
This opportunity is to work for a dynamic and growing company with around 1000 members of staff who are part of a culture built on nurturing talent and promoting internal progression. Key Responsibilities
* Manage project consents and necessary approvals.
* Handle client-facing communication and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the pipeline element of the reservoir project.
* Coordinate activities to ensure that timelines and project milestones are met.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards on-site.
* Support the Project Manager in the management of site operations and project teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background: Engineering qualification (Civil Engineering or related field).
Experience:
* Experience in heavy civil engineering projects is essential.
* Water industry experience is desirable, but not required.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder relations and handle consents.
* Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
Skills
* Strong organizational and management skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Additional Qualifications: CSCS card and relevant site management certifications
