Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are recruiting for a National Sales Manager to lead on the successful launch of an established product within Nephrology. Working closely with the Business Unit Director, you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams, and global functions to shape strategy, drive innovation and deliver impactful commercial activities. This is a full-time field-based position is pivotal in building and managing a high performing sales team to achieve company objectives. What’s on offer? Ideal Requirements for the National Sales Manager * A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales management. * Experience within nephrology and rare disease is highly desirable. * You’ll be ABPI qualified with strong knowledge of the code of practice in a field force environment. * Proven experience in training, coaching, and working across multicultural teams. * Ideally, you’ll have pre-launch and launch experience.
