The Role
Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment? We are seeking a HR Advisor to support our passionate HR Business Partner team within our hotel operations.
This role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, managing our shared mailbox, triaging requests, and ensuring efficient handling of cases. You will support employee relations (ER), analyze case data, and assist in engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the shared HR mailbox, respond to and route queries appropriately.
2. Triaging ER matters and maintaining accurate case records.
3. Support managers with ER cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
4. Produce and analyze ER reports to identify trends and suggest solutions.
5. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
6. Support HR projects and provide general HR support as needed.
