We're excited to be recruiting for a Junior People Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional early in their career, perfect for someone passionate about people, employee experience, and building strong partnering relationships in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the People agenda at site level, partnering with managers to build capability, ensure policy compliance, and provide hands-on HR support across the full colleague lifecycle.

Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the People agenda across value-added, transactional, ethical, and compliance activity.
* Act as a first point of contact for managers, providing advice across the colleague lifecycle, policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Coach and support line managers to build capability, confidence, and consistency in people management.
* Support end-to-end employee relations activity, including low to medium risk disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
* Maintain and govern HR systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with audit requirements (including time and attendance).
* Prepare and support HR reporting and metrics, including turnover, engagement data, and people initiatives.
* Engage with trade unions or colleague representatives on matters relating to terms & conditions, negotiations, and consultations where required.
About you
* CIPD qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent experience within HR.
* Previous experience using HR systems with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
* Confident working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to make fair, consistent decisions in line with policy and procedure.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and managers.
