About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Critical Thinking Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for introducing and developing students’ understanding and enquiry, possess a strong academic background, and be dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment. You will play a pivotal role in delivering foundational knowledge, guiding students in their academic studies, leading them to develop an enquiring and critical mindset, and contributing to wider college activities.

All teaching takes place in person, on Bay Campus, Swansea University.

As teaching hours can vary across the academic year, a schedule of hours will be agreed with the post-holder at the commencement of each semester.

All teaching will take place in person on Bay Campus, Swansea.

The fixed term contract will run for one semester initially, with the potential to extend.
