The Opportunity
We're currently looking for full-time and part-time Pharmacy/Retail Assistants who are passionate about customer care and want to make a real difference in their local community.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be an important part of our store team, helping create a welcoming and helpful environment for every customer who walks through the door.
Weekend availability is required, making this a great opportunity for students, parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking to supplement family income.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcome customers and provide friendly, high-quality service
* Inform customers about current sales, promotions and products
* Assist with general customer enquiries
* Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
* Help set up catalogue and promotional displays
* Support the team in keeping the store organised and running smoothly
What we're looking for
* Excellent customer service and people skills
* The ability to work well both in a team and independently
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous retail or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
* Good communication skills
Physical Requirements
Stand for long periods of time. Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Successful applicant must meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
