Job responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to female clients in their homes, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and well‑being. Your duties will include:
* Assisting with daily living activities such as grooming, toileting, and mobility.
* Supporting clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
* Providing companionship, emotional support and encouraging independence.
* Recording care plans, observations and incidents accurately.
* Working on alternating weekends.
Qualifications and requirements
* No prior care experience required.
* Compassionate, empathetic and caring nature.
* Good people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
* At least 12 months of right to work in the UK.
* No sponsorship available for overseas applicants.
Salary and benefits
* Up to £14.00 per hour.
* Mileage paid – 32p per mile.
* Flexible contracts.
* Full, professionally funded training up to QCF level 5.
