What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships
* Drive account growth through strategic upselling and expansion
* Own account performance, including financials and forecasting
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve challenges
* Deliver insightful reporting to support innovation and decision-making
* Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
* Engage directly with clients across the UK and internationally
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in account management (IT or digital consultancy preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing account performance
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
* Confidence in presenting proposals and leading client discussions
* A proactive, fast-paced mindset with a focus on results
* Experience with enterprise clients (financial services, public sector, or multinational organisations is a plus)
