Crossbasket Castle is a Luxury 5 Star Hotel and Event Venue on the outskirts of Glasgow. We are looking to recruit experienced bartenders for our lounge, function and restaurant teams, you will play a key role engaging with guests and providing outstanding service.
You will undertake tasks including:
* Setting the bar to standard
* Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, champagne, beers and soft drinks
* Preparing and serving hot beverages
* Function wine service
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar
* Stock rotation and organisation
* Engaging with guests and providing outstanding service
* Preparing and setting for functions and conferences
Highly desirable candidates will demonstrate experience in high volume or luxury operations. Candidates from other backgrounds will be considered if passion for delivering outstanding service and knowledge is demonstrable.
