The Role As Junior Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver outstanding dishes and maintain the highest kitchen standards. Youll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations while helping to lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Help train, mentor, and develop junior team members
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Step up to lead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs
