Job Description
As Real Estate Transactions & Finance Associate you will handle varied matters:
1. Draft, negotiate, and review real estate contracts and agreements, handling associated finance matters.
2. Provide legal counsel on complex real estate transactions and financing structures.
3. Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
4. Support clients with commercial leasing, joint ventures, and other real estate matters.
5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
6. Advise clients on risk management and mitigation strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date on real estate and finance law developments to provide informed guidance.

Candidates must be based in New York/ Tri-State and/ or be open to relocating to the area so that they can work from the firm's Manhattan, New York office 3-4 days per week. Candidates must have US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
