UK-Newcastle upon Tyne As a leading provider of financial services, surveying and valuation and estate agency franchising services LSL are looking for a People Services Advisor to join our Group People Team. Based in our brand new offices in Newcaslte, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality employee relations support across the business. You’ll be the go-to advisor for managers and colleagues, ensuring every case is handled with professionalism, empathy, and in line with best practice and employment law. Working closely with our People Business Partners and People Directors, you’ll help shape a positive workplace culture while driving continuous improvement. As a People Services Advisor your responsibilities will include: Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management Support in the preparation of documentation for settlement agreements, mediation, and tribunal cases. Ensure all ER activity complies with UK employment law, internal policy, and best practice. Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, offering clear and consistent guidance. Collaborate with the People Business Partner and People Director on complex or high-risk cases. Support policy reviews, organisational change, and wider People projects. Identify opportunities to improve processes, toolkits, and manager capability. Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR trends to drive continuous improvement.
