Role: Greggs Store Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join the Greggs family, lead our fantastic team, and serve up smiles (and sausage rolls!). As our Store Manager, you’ll take charge of your Greggs store, balancing operational efficiency with a people-first approach. From busy periods to crafting creative strategies that drive sales, you’ll ensure the shop runs smoothly and successfully.
* Oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing, ensuring product availability.
* Maintain and monitor store cleanliness, complying with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
* Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and reduce waste while maintaining store cleanliness and equipment functionality.
* Lead and motivate your team, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to foster improvement and career growth.
* Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-maintained, and aligns with brand guidelines.
* Represent Greggs in the community, fostering a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment to ensure customer excellence.

Minimum requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
