Job Description:
Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a busy Occupational Health Department at a busy NHS Hospital on a locum basis. The patient base is made up of self referred staff from the Hospital, so work related injury experience would be extremely beneficial. The role is 2 days per week (flexible on which days). The successful candidate will manage their own self referred caseload and support patient recover and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage musculoskeletal patients
. Support patient flow and contribute to patient recover and return to work
. Update case notes consistently
Requirements:
. HCPC:registered Physiotherapist
. Previous Band 6 experience, or a strong Band 5 ready to progress within the NHS
. Experience with MSK and work related injuries
. Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
. Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
