Arden White is seeking a results‑driven and commercially astute Commercial Officer to join our dynamic Commercial Business Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain unparalleled exposure to the commercial operations of a leading aerospace organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis.
The Commercial Team is responsible for the successful execution of contracts across Sales & Customisation, Retrofit, Training, MRO, and Support & Services for both civilian and military customers.
In this role, you will work closely with the Offers Manager and Sales Team, providing essential support on contractual structures — including the negotiation and refinement of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding and proposal processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of commercial contracts across multiple aerospace projects.
* Assist with the negotiation and drafting of Terms & Conditions for bids and proposals.
* Provide commercial guidance to internal teams including Sales, Production, Maintenance, and Finance.
* Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across commercial processes and procedures.
Requirements
* Experience in a commercial, contract, or project support role within the aerospace or defence industry.
* Strong understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) or similar engineering environments.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Eligibility for DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance.
* Must meet all applicable Export Compliance Regulations requirements.
