Centred on our state-of-the-art Technical Centre in Brackley, in the heart of the UK's Motorsport Valley, but also at our North American base on the East Coast of the US, we are building a team that reflects our ambitions.We are now looking for people with a winning mindset and passion for technical excellence to help us shape the next chapter of Garage 59.We’re looking for a highly skilled Race Engineer to lead the performance and setup direction of our fleet of high-performance vehicles—with a primary focus on modern and historic Formula 1® cars and cutting-edge hypercars. You’ll also support our GT3 race program as needed, contributing to a diverse and technically advanced engineering environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering support for private test days, high-performance events, and simulator sessions focused on F1® and hypercar platforms.Analyse telemetry, performance data, and driver feedback to optimise vehicle setup, handling, and strategy.Collaborate with drivers, performance engineers, and technical staff to deliver peak performance across a range of vehicle types.Contribute to the development and refinement of vehicle systems, performance tools, and data workflows.Maintain detailed documentation of setups, run plans, and post-session reports for both motorsport and high-end vehicles.Support logistical planning and technical preparation for international events, including private track days and demonstration runs. What We’re Looking ForExperience in Formula 1®, GT3, WEC, or other top-tier motorsport environments.Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, data analysis, and race strategy.Proficiency in tools such as ATLAS, MATLAB, MoTeC, or similar.Excellent communication and teamwork skills under pressure.Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
