AI Engineer – Python, LangGraph, LLMs, Agentic AI (Support Consultant at Oliver Bernard)
OB has partnered with a SaaS scale‑up looking to make its first AI hire. The successful candidate will build upon the existing Agentic AI infrastructure, add new features and improve Agentic workflows. You will work closely with the CTO to define requirements and have real ownership of the platform moving forward.
Key Skills and Experience
* 1‑2 + years of experience working on Agentic applications
* Technical proficiency with Python, LangGraph (MCP is a bonus)
* Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt design, agent orchestration patterns and tuning
* Experience in early‑stage production environments
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £70k – £140k (dependent on skills and experience)
* 25 days of work‑from‑anywhere
* Remote first working – one office visit per quarter in London
