Welcome to a great opportunity within the Practi team! As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be key in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. You’ll work directly with C-suite stakeholders at some of the most influential groups in the dental industry, leveraging your expertise to deliver value-driven solutions. You’ll be the first hire in our enterprise team, giving you a unique opportunity to shape the role as you grow into it. This role will report into the Head of Growth.

While we’ve built strong relationships and opened key doors, we now need someone dedicated to nurturing and expanding these connections. As our first Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll step into a warm network with huge potential and take ownership of deepening engagement, driving sales, and shaping how we scale in this market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire and grow enterprise accounts within the dental sector — this is more than just a closing role.
* Develop relationships and expand your network with the UK’s leading dental corporates, leveraging existing connections.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CROs, CMO, COOs, Area managers, Clinical Directors, etc.
* Drive a consultative sales approach.
* Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
* Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
* Provide market insights and feedback to influence product development and strategy.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, preferably in SaaS/Healthtech sales.
* Proven ability to drive growth within Dental Corporates, with existing connections to leverage.
* Fintech experience or strong understanding of financial products/services is preferred.
* Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies & dealing with multiple stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A self-starter capable of managing complex sales processes and building lasting relationships, with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot.
