Due to rapid growth we are looking for 10+ skilled staff members to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service prepping our vehicles for paint, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.
* Location : Corby
* Position: Vehicle Prepper
* Working Hour s: Monday to Friday. Working weekly shift rotation 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
* Salary: £15.49 p/h, incresing up to £18.49 including unsociable hours and overtime premiums.
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing the vehicles ready for the Paint Refinishers and Panel Beaters:
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicles for paint and panel repairs.
* Perform masking, sanding, priming, buffing, and polishing.
* Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
About you?
* To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
* Previous Vehicle Prepping experience is required.
* Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
* Good communication skills and a team player.
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
