Senior Global Reward Analyst
We are partnering with our client on this global reward analyst position.
Are you a CIPD or Work at Work Compensation certified rewards specialist with experience supporting reward functions and ensuring equitable reward offerings aligned with organizational values? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
* Driving the annual compensation cycle, including review process planning, execution, and cost modeling
* Salary benchmarking
* Managing global employee benefits, collaborating with international brokers and payroll providers
* Handling UK benefits queries and supporting local HR teams with global queries
* Company shares plan administration
* Preparing gender pay submissions
* Partnering with HR operations and payroll to source data and present to executive and HR teams

About the Company:

Candidate Experience:
Ideal candidates will have experience in a broad reward role, analyzing large data sets, working with benefits brokers, covering the full reward cycle, and managing shares. A background in HR operations with a focus on people analytics is preferred. Knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, health, life, and disability insurance is essential. Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder relationship skills are required. Experience in a scientific or manufacturing environment is advantageous. The role supports UK operations and provides global guidance, so international experience is preferred, including gender pay, pay grading, benchmarking, reward planning, payroll, and share plans.

Location:
Based in Oxford (OX4). Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working (minimum two days onsite).
