Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Manager in a Thriving Food Manufacturing Business!
This established food company, which has recently achieved significant commercial success, is seeking a strong Maintenance Manager to enhance their engineering department. In this role, you will lead the engineering team and oversee the overall maintenance strategy for the business.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be the driving force in developing the engineering team by offering mentorship, coaching, and your expertise. You will take the lead on all planned preventative maintenance (PPM), maintenance initiatives, and breakdown management, while also promoting a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
