Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organised Block Manager Assistant to support our Block Management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the complexities of property and block management. You will play a key role in assisting with the smooth running of residential blocks, ensuring compliance, effective communication, and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Block Managers. Assist with organising contractor works, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Help coordinate health & safety and compliance checks across managed properties. Respond to client, tenant, and leaseholder queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate property and client records on internal systems. Assist with preparing service charge budgets, invoicing, and arrears monitoring. Support with drafting letters, notices, and other formal communications. Help coordinate meetings, including AGMs, and prepare relevant documentation. Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and suppliers to ensure works are completed efficiently. Skills & Experience Required: Previous administrative or property management support experience preferred. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable manner. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
