As a Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects), you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and deliver impact. You’ll spearhead projects to improve the learner experience, manage operational processes, and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you’ll support continuous improvement and help embed best practice in everything we do. This role calls for someone who is forward thinking, technically minded and has a keen eye for detail. You will ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our mission. You’ll be central to making sure our people have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. What will a day in the life of a Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects) involve?
1. Manage projects to improve the learner experience and meet our learners diverse needs.
2. Assisting colleagues with tools and resources to enhance their skills.
3. Managing operational processes to keep everything running smoothly.
4. Monitoring compliance and ensuring policies are followed across teams.
5. Collaborating with stakeholders to improve systems and workflows.
6. Using feedback and data to refine learning and operational practices.
To be a successful Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects), what will you need?
7. Experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives.
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve processes.
11. Knowledge of compliance and operational best practice.
12. Strong understanding of L&D systems and processes.
