Lead a brigade of 10 in a fast-paced, £2.5M catering operation delivering high-quality food across events, banqueting, and daily service. Youll drive consistency, manage kitchen operations, and deliver exceptional standards at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the kitchen team
Oversee food across events and high-volume service
Plan seasonal, commercially focused menus
Manage stock, ordering, and waste
Ensure smooth operations and H&S compliance
About You:
Head Chef / Senior Sous experience in events or banqueting
Strong leadership (min. 3 years)
Organised, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
Passion for quality, seasonal produce
Level 3 Food Safety
