Handling in-house valuations and estate budgeting. Ensuring regulatory compliance across health & safety, employment law, and property standards. Liaising with estate staff, contractors, external consultants, and developers. Supporting debt management and contributing to wider estate operations. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): MRICS qualification (Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Proven experience in estate management and business development. Commercially astute with a track record of identifying and realising growth opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
