Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPM Sales Specialist to sell our innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solution tailored for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Our solutions include Financial Planning and Analysis, Consolidation and Close, Reporting and Analytics, with a particular focus on financial planning across the enterprise and leveraging the Oracle ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new business development, sales management, a deep understanding of EPM processes, and a proven track record of selling these solutions to the market. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry with a focus on EPM solutions and analytics. - Awareness of Oracle applications cloud solutions and the Oracle ecosystem or similar. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic approach to problem-solving. - Drive and persistence to grow the market and acquire new customers Additional Requirements: - Strong sales track record 5 years selling into CFO office with business applications selling to large enterprise organisations - Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong experience in new business acquisition. - Travel will be required. - Fluency in English is mandatory. Responsibilities - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for our SaaS EPM solutions, emphasizing sustainability and the advantages of the Oracle ecosystem. - Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. This includes conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, and presenting our SaaS EPM solutions in a compelling manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. - Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored, sustainable solutions to enhance their enterprise performance management operations using Oracle's suite of tools. - Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly, with a focus on sustainable practices and Oracle solutions. - Collaboration: Work with our wider Applications Sales colleagues and leadership to align territory and account plans and coordinate joint efforts to build and close EPM deals. Work closely with the business development, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach - Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle's EPM solutions, Oracle cloud products and the regulatory environment, continuously updating knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
