Quantity surveyor

Job Description

We are expanding our team in the UK within our Glovers company, which is part of the DG Jones & Partners group, and we are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to support a growing portfolio of exciting UK and international projects.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost planning, contract administration, and commercial support across a variety of pre- and post-contract assignments.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying work on JCT and NEC projects.
* Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and commercial reports.
* Conduct valuations, variations, and cost analysis.
* Provide commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control.
* Support project delivery while maintaining high professional and quality standards.
* Contribute to project planning, cost forecasting, and contractual compliance.


Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
