We're proud to be supporting a top-tier international law firm is hiring into their Risk & Compliance function in London.
This is a proper business-critical role supporting senior stakeholders to identify and manage regulatory, compliance and professional risk, with plenty of variety and visibility across the firm.
You’ll get stuck into:
* Advising on SRA Code of Conduct queries and practical application
* Handling day-to-day risk & compliance guidance for fee earners and support teams
* Contract / terms review, including engagement letters, limitations of liability, confidentiality & conflict wording
* Supporting audits, investigations, policies & firm-wide training
* Involvement in new business intake (conflicts / AML / matter opening)
* Data protection exposure (breaches / SARs)
What they’re looking for:
✅ Qualified lawyer, 5+ PQE
✅ Strong SRA Conduct knowledge
✅ Experience in an international commercial law environment
✅ Contract review experience
✅ Calm under pressure, discreet, strong judgement and stakeholder skills
✅ Bonus points for training delivery + data protection work
