We are looking for a teacher who:

Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum and age-appropriate learning strategies

Can confidently support pupils across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
*
Brings an enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable approach to the classroom
*
Is a natural communicator and team player, able to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
*
Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
Key Responsibilities:
*
Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
*
Provide individual and small group support to ensure inclusive learning for all pupils
*
Promote pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development
*
Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and the smooth running of daily routines
*
Support the implementation of tailored behaviour and learning strategies, including working with SEND pupils
*
Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, SEND teams, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
*
Participate in wider school life, including playground supervision, enrichment activities, and school events
What We’re Looking For:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Experience teaching or supporting children in a primary school setting
*
Solid knowledge of the primary curriculum
*
A warm, approachable personality and a nurturing mindset
*
Training in Safeguarding and First Aid is desirable (but not essential – we can support with this)
