Overview
Social Care Assistants play a vital part in our residents day and no two days are the same. The role is varied and it really is a privilege to be part of the residents lives and get to know them and their loved ones. This post is responsible for providing personal care and support to service users and to support care staff to meet the needs of older people in a residential care setting, as required by legislation.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to service users.
* Support care staff to meet the needs of older people in a residential care setting.
* Register with the SSSC.
* Complete SVQ qualifications.
Qualifications
Previous experience would be great, but the most important thing is that you have a caring nature, we can teach you the rest!
