We’re recruiting a German-speaking Customer Services Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team supporting UK & Central Europe customers. You’ll play a key role in managing orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
German Customer Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
* Process sales orders accurately within tight deadlines
* Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners
* Prepare export and shipping documentation
* Track and resolve customer queries via CRM (HubSpot)
* Ensure orders are dispatched on time with correct paperwork
German Customer Services Coordinator Experience, Skills & Attributes:
* Previous customer service / order processing experience
* Fluent German (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
* CRM experience (HubSpot desirable)
