Position Description: The Associate NetSuite Administrator will provide day-to-day support for FlexGen’s NetSuite environment with an initial focus on our Inventory and Warehouse Management System (WMS) rollout. This role is responsible for user support, UAT coordination, system documentation, and handling lower-complexity administrative tasks. The Associate Admin will partner closely with the Senior NetSuite Administrator and Director of Financial Systems to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and effective adoption of NetSuite functionality across the organization. Major Job Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for user tickets and provide resolution for low-complexity issues (permissions, saved searches, reports, workflows) Support NetSuite Inventory and WMS rollout: assist with setup, testing, training, and monitoring of daily inventory transactions Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and projects, including test script development, tracking results, and documenting defects Develop and maintain clear system documentation, process guides, and change logs for both end users and internal stakeholders Assist with data maintenance activities, including imports, item records, classifications, and clean-up tasks Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and escalate complex issues to the Senior Administrator or Director of Financial Systems Proactively learn NetSuite functionality and grow into handling more complex administrative tasks over time Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 1–3 years of NetSuite experience (internship, junior admin, analyst, or power user background is acceptable) Basic understanding of ERP processes (finance, inventory, projects) preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Excel; exposure to JIRA or other ticketing systems a plus FlexGen provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
