The Oxford Sustainable Law Programme (SLP) is a leading research initiative examining the interaction between sustainability and the law. Jointly hosted by the Faculty of Law and the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, the Programme undertakes rigorous, multidisciplinary, and practice-informed research to advance a just and sustainable world for people and nature. We are seeking a Programme Manager to provide professional management and operational leadership across the SLP’s activities. Reporting to the Programme Director, Dr Thom Wetzer, you will oversee the Programme’s administration, finance, communications, and coordination, and support the delivery of its research and educational programmes. You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the Programme’s objectives. You will have substantial experience in programme or project management, strong financial and organisational skills, and the ability to work confidently with senior colleagues and partners. This post is fixed term until 31 December 2027 and offered on a full-time basis.
