Job Title: CNC Miller Setter

Pay: £16-£17.50ph
Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30 Fri 08:00-15:30
Our client has been established since 1958. Manufacturing their own components for various industries. They use a range of materials, Stainless Steel, SG Iron, Aluminium alloys, Mild Steel, plastics, etc. Into petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, water, anywhere there are pipelines that need industrial automated control. Our client has 4 sites with a total workforce of 201 employees and growing!
The current role is for a setter, operator with progression onto programming online and offline!
Duties
⦁ Setting and operating 4 axis Mills with Fanuc controls
⦁ Setting and operating Mills with Heidenhain (training provided)
⦁ Batch runs of 50-400off
Experience
⦁ Conventional & CNC Milling
⦁ Fanuc/Heidenhain
⦁ Use of PCs – Spreadsheets, emails, etc (must)
Qualifications
⦁ Apprentice trained (desirable)
⦁ HNC minimum (must)
