RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACCOUNTS ROLE:
* Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into the accounting system.
* AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
* AR duties include monitoring aging reports, sending Statement of Accounts, following up on outstanding debts, and recording incoming payments.
* Handle funding claims and audit support.
* Handle Accounts Opening.
* Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book and GST filing preparation.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for accounting & finance functions.
* Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting-related matters.
* Cross-functional support on ad hoc reports and/or accounting matters.
* Any other ad-hoc duties related to administrative work.
HR ROLE:
* Recruitment process and job posting
* Handle payroll, leave management, day to day operations
* Handle HR enquiries relating to HR and ad hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
* Minimum with 5 Years of experience in accounting/ finance, with construction accounts management is a plus.
* Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* 5 days work week
