Our client, a leading M&E Engineering company in London, is expanding rapidly and on track to achieve a turnover of £60 million. To support this growth, they are seeking a talented M&E Planner to join their dynamic pre-construction and project planning team.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning complex M&E projects, excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, and the ability to develop and manage detailed programmes for high-profile commercial and data centre projects.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop, monitor, and update detailed project programmes for M&E installations.
* Work closely with project managers, estimators, and site teams to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation.
* Analyse project requirements and identify critical paths and key milestones.
* Use planning software (Primavera P6 / Asta Powerproject) to produce accurate schedules.
* Provide regular progress reports and advise on potential delays or risks.
What you'll need:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an M&E Planner within building services or construction.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial environments.
* Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject).
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
