As the Digital Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clients digital maturity. You will provide strategic digital direction and manage a team of digital specialists.
The Role:
* Act as the lead digital contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships and representing our team as an extension of their marketing function.
* Brief and coordinate channel specialists to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, clearly explaining how each channel complements the others.
* Apply a strong understanding of digital measurement frameworks, best practices, and attribution models to guide your recommendations.
* Lead testing strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through test-and-learn initiatives.
* Participate in non-client work such as digital innovation projects, cross-agency collaboration, and new business pitches.
The Candidate:
* At least 6 years of experience in digital planning or digital activation, preferably within the UK.
* Strong background in brand or performance digital planning.
* Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
* Passion for challenging industry norms and driving innovation in digital planning.
