Your new role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to customers. You will act as a central point of contact for client enquiries, coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure smoothmunication and timely resolution of issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Handling inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
2. Processing customer orders, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
3. Liaising with internal teams to track order progress andmunicate status updates
4. Resolving customer queries,plaints, and service issues efficiently
5. Supporting general administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and documentation
6. Assisting with scheduling and ensuring service-level agreements are met
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:
7. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position
8. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
9. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
10. The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
11. Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or transport systems
12. A proactive and team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
