Why You?
As a
Sommelier at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the Idea of being a glorious hotel
that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as
comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing,
generous and exquisite.
The
sommelier will be the wine expert who curates wine lists, recommends food and
wine pairings and advises Broadwick Soho guests on wine selections based on
their preferences and food choices.
The
sommelier will possess extensive knowledge of wines, vineyards and the
winemaking process.
We believe
in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks
from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.
You will
work with a brilliant team across all departments of the hotel so that we are
one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
* Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar
or 5* luxury hotel operation
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability
to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
* Great attention to detail and genuine passion for
delivering exceptional service
* Your charisma, individuality and positive
energy
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable
talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
* Able to work 40 hours per week including late
evenings and weekends
